1. Introduction
Welcome to VecinHub, an online platform designed to facilitate community management for neighborhood associations and organized groups. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By registering on our platform, accessing our services, or using any VecinHub features, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not use our services. VecinHub reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time, always notifying users within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Account Registration and Age Requirements
To use VecinHub’s services, you must register on the platform and create a personal account. During registration, we will request personal information such as your name, email address, and other data necessary for providing the service.
Registration on VecinHub is only permitted for individuals aged 16 and older. By creating an account, users declare and guarantee that they meet this age requirement. We do not request documentary proof of age, but we reserve the right to cancel accounts if we have reason to believe false or incorrect age information has been provided.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. If you detect unauthorized account use, you must notify us immediately. VecinHub is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this obligation.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts in cases of non-compliance with these terms, misuse of the platform, or activities that may compromise service security.
3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations
VecinHub operates on a subscription model, allowing users to access its features through monthly or annual payment plans, processed via Stripe.
- Free Trial: Annual subscription plans include a 30-day trial period. During this period, users can cancel their subscription without incurring any charges.
- Payments: After the trial period ends, the corresponding fee for the selected plan will be automatically charged.
- Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period unless the user cancels in advance.
- Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but access to the service will continue until the end of the already paid billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once payment has been made, except in exceptional cases such as billing errors or technical failures in Stripe’s payment system.
VecinHub reserves the right to modify subscription prices and features. If pricing changes occur, users will be notified in advance in accordance with applicable regulations.
